Effects Contaminated sites: Are places that have become polluted with toxic materials after garbage has been burned over a certain area. Polluted air: Is when garbage is burned all sorts of toxic pollutants such as Dioxins, Furans, Arsenic, Mercury, PCB's Lead, Carbon monoxide, Nitrogen oxides, Sulphur oxide, Hydrochloric acid. Acid rain: Is when garbage is burned, sulphur oxide and nitrogen oxide is released which bonds with water in the clouds causing acid rain. Effects to body: Burning garbage has numerous effects on the human body.

Humans
The major cause of open burning of garbage is us, humans, because we create enormous amounts of garbage that isn't necessary and when we have too much, we decide to get rid of it by burning it.
Non recyclable products
Recyclable products are very useful because they could be reused, and in turn, aren't thrown out. Non recyclable products however, can't be reused, so they end up in the garbage.
